HRlink - HR Approval Analytics

Defined counting rules for requests and approver queues and implemented API analytics. Added route exports and daily analytics across three units. Identified requests with no progress for over a year and reported them to the manager.

University Records - Name and Historical Record Matching

Organised matching and quality control for 8,599 source rows. Separated original, historical and HR display names; branches and ambiguous records are handled separately. Prepared mappings with the basis for each decision.

HR Form Builder - Shared Blocks and Document Rules

Designed a shared model for 40 HR form configurations, block compatibility, import and versions. Agreed reference layouts. The generator preserves document differences; I checked text and layout in Word.
